 Soul Centered Therapy

 What is it

Online therapy sessions from the convenience, safety, and comfort of your home, office, car, or favorite remote location. Session lengths and frequency are based on your needs and desired goals for treatment. Most people benefit and see better (and faster) results with consistent weekly therapy.

Session lengths include:

  • 50-55 minutes

  • 75 minutes

  • 110 minutes

I use a HIPPA-compliant telemedicine platform to ensure confidentiality during our sessions. The app is free to download to your phone, laptop, or other personal device of your choosing. As a client, you’ll also have access to online guided meditations for additional support in between sessions.

Who It’s For

Soul centered therapy is for the adolescent and adult who is looking for more balance, fulfillment, and freedom in their life. They value self-exploration and personal growth, but may find it hard to carve out the time during the week for self-care and inner development. They’ve had therapy in the past and found it helpful, so this is not their first journey in to the landscape of their soul. At this stage in life they are ready to “level up” her day-to-day life and bring in additional support to heal the remaining areas of their life that feel stuck, flat, anxious, depressed, and/or overwhelming. Overall, things are going pretty well in life; however, there are a few deeper layers that call for attention in order to heal. They knows they are of value. They know healing is possible. And they’re ready to embark on their inner journey of reclaiming more of who they truly are.

In our work together, clients can expect to:

  • Develop internal and external resources for greater emotional and physiological regulation.

  • Cultivate a personal mindfulness practice.

  • Learn mindful, compassionate communication skills.

  • Form deeper, more intimate relationships in your life.

  • Embody greater acceptance and self-compassion.

  • Develop increased awareness of their body and implicit patterns that play out in daily life.

  • Build a more loving, trust-filled relationship to their body.

  • Feel seen, heard, and accepted within a safe, non-judgmental environment.
