What is it?

Awaken is a 16-week transformational coaching experience that has been Divinely-designed to support you in reclaiming and reviving your Feminine Soul. The journey begins with a complimentary Breakthrough Call to explore and clarify where your life is stuck and where your Soul longs to be. We’ll discuss the steps needed to get you from “here” to “there”, and if I am 100% certain that I can help guide you along your journey, then we set out on the path to Awaken.

Through bi-monthly live group Zoom sessions, self-paced online curriculum, and monthly 1:1 sessions, you will:

• Cultivate a deeper self-understanding and compassion

• Learn and implement tools for greater emotional and physiological balance

• Develop a daily mindfulness practice

• Learn meditations and somatic strategies to connect into your intuition and “body knowing”

• Develop a sensation vocabulary, increase awareness of, and form a deeper, more loving relationship with your body

• Experience, learn, and demonstrate feminine leadership skills

• Learn practical, somatic tools to connect into Earth and Earth wisdom

• Learn and develop healthy boundaries for mind, body, soul well-being

• Connect to spirit guides through meditation and cultivate embodied strategies to access your inner wisdom

• Create sacred space and witness women rising into their power within sacred circle

• Speak authentic, unapologetic, and kind truth interwardly and outwards
